Steel engraving published by J S & Co, c1855. Numbered 1579 from the publisher’s reordering catalogue. The view is taken from the east, as if standing where the Seven Dials roundabout is now. On the right-hand edge is the end house of Vernon Terrace. Note the shrubs and bushes and iron railings in the foreground.
